Service Administrator - Mount Maunganui

Reporting to the Branch Manager at our Mt Maunganui branch, we are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our busy workshop team.
This is a pivotal role within our service department. You will be responsible for supporting our mechanical workshop, coordinating service administration processes, managing customer enquiries, monitoring work in progress, and ensuring jobs are accurately costed and invoiced in a timely manner.
About the Role
- Manage and direct customer service enquiries
- Track work in progress and liaise with technicians and Foreman
- Ensure all jobs are accurately closed off and invoiced
- Maintain service documentation and workshop systems
- Provide administrative support to the wider service team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Service Administrator experience (motor vehicle or heavy transport industry preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Previous experience in a dealership or mechanical workshop environment is highly desirable.
