Part Time - New Truck Processing Administrator
An exciting opportunity has opened within our Hamilton dealership for a conscientious, multi-tasker Administrator to become part of our vibrant New Truck Processing team. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has proven experience working within a deadline driven environment along with strong problem solving, organisational and planning skills. Experience within the Heavy Automotive industry is desirable. This is a part time position with scope for growth within the CAL>Isuzu team.
The successful candidate will have:
· Experience working within a deadline driven environment
· Experience in a busy administration role
· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Work, Excel, Outlook etc)
· Strong problem solving, organizational and planning skills
· Flexibility and be open to different tasks and challenges
· A keen eye for detail
· Strong communication skills
· The ability to work autonomously
· A positive attitude & be highly motivated
· Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
The Day to Day will include:
· Assist with Truck Body builder information updates
· Taking enquiries from internal and external customers
· Registering/ compliance of vehicles including providing relevant paperwork
· Weekly and monthly Invoicing
· Data Input
· Adhoc administration tasks.
