The Role
Based at our Hamilton branch, you’ll be responsible for driving new truck sales performance across the Waikato. This is a senior sales role where you will oversee the sales strategy for the region, ensuring targets are met, opportunities are maximised, and CAL Isuzu continues to be the first choice for customers. You will develop an annual Waikato New Truck Sales Plan aligned with CAL’s strategic goals, work with the Group Sales Manager to shape and monitor the new truck sales strategy for Waikato, and report monthly on sales performance against targets and budgets. You will also analyse results, identify trends, and create action plans to address variances, while building strong, lasting relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for growth across the region.
About You
You’re an experienced sales professional with a passion for trucks and a proven track record in the heavy vehicle, transport, or related industries. You understand the market, thrive on building relationships, and enjoy the challenge of delivering strong sales results. You will bring proven experience in regional or territory sales management, strong commercial and strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, self-starter approach. A high attention to detail and strong organisational abilities will help you excel in this role.
