The Opportunity:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance Team in this newly created role. This position is pivotal to our operations and involves a range of responsibilities, including:
- Vehicle Deal & Claim Management
- Monthly & Annual Reconciliations – Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- IRD Compliance – Managing tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Dealer Management System Reporting – Delivering accurate and insightful reports.
- Team Collaboration – Supporting and contributing to the success of our team.
This is a hands-on role where your skills and initiative will directly impact financial performance and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- Proven management accountant experience in a truck dealership or motor vehicle franchise.
- A demonstrated ability to deliver financial results and performance improvements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
