About the Role
As an Intermediate HR Advisor at CAL Isuzu, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s people-focused culture, enhancing staff engagement, and driving leadership and team development. You will oversee recruitment, health and safety, policy refinement, and performance development, while providing timely, practical advice to managers. This is a hands-on role requiring collaboration across multiple locations and business functions.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Intermediate HR advisory role within a commercial environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Payroll administration experience.
- Demonstrated recruitment coordination and support capabilities.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including tailored HR communication.
- Knowledge of employment law and health and safety obligations.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools.
