We are seeking a Sales & Finance Administrator to work within our finance team in Hamilton. This role is an integral part of the business and is responsible for all transactional processing within the Finance department and the Sales administration function. You will be managing all new and used vehicle deals.
To be considered for this role you must.
· Previous experience within a Finance Administration role
· Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be super reliable
· Be a natural communicator who loves delivering on promises
· Be able to manage your time effectively
· Demonstrated administrative competency
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to fit into a team and work collaboratively
Previous experience in a sales support role is highly desirable as is experience in the automotive sales industry. However, don’t let that put you off if you have exceptional transferable skills!
Tasks will include, but not limited to:
· Ensure all administration processes are executed for Vehicle Deals
· Maintain and process vehicle rebates.
· Maintain and process Warranty Credit Notes.
· Fixed Asset Register Maintenance.
· Adhoc admin and finance tasks.
