The successful candidate will have:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Experience in a busy administration role.
· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Work, Excel, Outlook etc).
· Strong problem solving, organizational and planning skills.
· The ability to work autonomously.
· A positive attitude & be highly motivated.
· Automotive Experience is desirable not essential.
The Day to Day will include:
· Reception / Front of House.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety legislative requirements.
· Taking enquiries from internal and external customers.
· To aid and support to our Service- and Parts teams.
· General administration tasks.
